Regenerative Infrastructure
for Those Who Heal,
Build & Serve

We support healers, impact entrepreneurs, and community organizations with branding, marketing, and long-term development, without walking away once the work is done. Now we're becoming a nonprofit foundation in Austin, Texas.

HAND Protocol has been operating for over a year, supporting impact projects, participating in quadratic fundingQuadratic Funding: a matching-pool mechanism that amplifies many small donations to better reflect broad public-good demand.Buterin, Hitzig & Weyl, 2018 · Wikipedia rounds, and building transparent accountability systems.

Now we're raising funds to establish a tax-exempt nonprofit foundation in Austin, Texas and formalize what's already working.

We focus on healers, impact entrepreneurs, and community organizations, providing branding, marketing, and one-on-one development support, without abandoning anyone once a website or campaign is finished.

This campaign funds the legal formation, operational runway, and systems required to scale that commitment responsibly and sustainably.

Proven, Not Theoretical

Over a year of active support across sectors. This isn't an idea seeking validation.

Long-Term Commitment

We walk alongside practitioners as they grow. Not "build and bounce" delivery.

Transparent by Default

Clear budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Every outcome documented and shared.

Transformative work,
inadequate support.

HAND serves three communities of regenerative impact work: practitioners who heal, founders who build, and organizers who steward. The lines between them are porous; many Reciprocates live in two of these worlds at once.

  1. Healers & Practitioners

Hold space for community wellbeing but spend more time surviving than serving. Deep community trust, zero structural support.

  2. Impact Entrepreneurs

Building regenerative-impact products and communities, but traditional startup infrastructure doesn't fit their values, and nonprofit infrastructure doesn't fit their model.

  3. Grassroots Organizations

Doing vital community work (harm reduction, mutual aid, food access, land stewardship), often more established but still under-resourced for sustained outreach.

The categories are illustrative, not exhaustive. A herbalist running a community apothecary, a harm-reduction organizer whose work is also a healing practice, a regenerative-agriculture entrepreneur stewarding a co-op: if your work is in this spirit, it likely fits.

Common barriers they all face:

Operate informally or under-resourced
Lack consistent branding and fundraising tools
Offered short-term help that disappears after delivery
Spend more time surviving than serving

Regenerative support infrastructure.
Not one-off services.

Branding & Narrative Development

Rooted in each practitioner's values and actual work, not cookie-cutter templates.

Marketing & Outreach Systems

Systems that continue operating over time, not campaigns that expire.

One-on-One Development Support

Strategy, tools, and guidance tailored to where each person actually is.

Automated Systems

Reduce ongoing burden and dependence. Technology serves practitioners, not the other way around.

Long-Term Commitment

We walk alongside practitioners as they grow, adapt, and deepen their impact.

Why Healers First?

Healers sit at the intersection of community trust, cultural continuity, and collective wellbeing, yet they are often the least supported structurally.

They're also the connective tissue. Healers are practitioners, they build products and communities, and they partner with impact organizations.

Austin is our proving ground. What works here becomes a model for expansion.

What Makes Us Different

  • Holistic, not transactional
  • Automation with care
  • Local-first proof
  • Web3-aware, not Web3-dependent
  • Transparent & accountable

Three communities of
regenerative impact work.

We call the people and organizations we accompany Reciprocates. Not clients, not beneficiaries. Practitioners who heal, founders who build, and organizers who steward. The lines between them are porous; many Reciprocates live in two of these worlds at once.

Those working directly with individuals

Holding space for transformation, recovery, and wellbeing. They carry deep community trust but often lack structural support.

Active Impact Support

Coordinated initiatives across music onboarding, humanitarian aid, animal welfare, and community storytelling.

Milestone Tracking

Public reporting via attestation and impact platforms, ensuring deliverables are documented rather than assumed.

Long-Term Stewardship

Maintained continuity with supported projects. This is the exact long-term commitment the nonprofit formalizes.

Donor Transparency

Contributions tracked and acknowledged transparently, reinforcing trust and ethical stewardship of funds.

Tooling Prototypes

Designed and tested donation tooling, onboarding mechanisms, and impact verification flows.

Two ladders.
The public ask rounds. The deeper commitments refuse to.

The Foundation campaign carries the 501(c)(3) raise: $22,777 filing floor, $77,444 operating minimum, $222,222 first goal. The Sovereign Reciprocates ladder funds the AI workstream: $11,113 POC, $99,777 pilot, $333,223 production and release.

Two ladders, on purpose. The Foundation ladder rounds to clean angels because the public ask wants legibility. The Sovereign ladder refuses to round because the deeper commitments are honest, specific, and non-performative. 223 is the 48th prime and the sum of three consecutive primes (71+73+79); the tail earns its asymmetry.

Where we're going,
what we believe.

HAND has been operating for over a year. Here's where the work is headed, what guides it, and who's behind it.

Long-term vision

Scale without losing locality.

HAND Protocol is designed to grow while keeping what matters most: local trust and real relationships.

  • Additional local impact sectors beyond healing
  • Replication in other cities with aligned communities
  • Deeper integration with regenerative funding and donation tools
  • Network effects where supported practitioners support each other

But none of that matters without proof. Austin is the proof.

Transparency & trust

We believe

  • Trust is built through consistency, not promises.
  • Infrastructure should serve people, not extract from them.
  • Impact must be verifiable, not performative.

All major milestones, budgets, and outcomes are documented and shared publicly.

The team

Building from within.

HAND Protocol is founded by practitioners and technologists rooted in Austin's wellness community, people who have experienced firsthand the gap between transformative healing work and the infrastructure needed to sustain it.

We're not building from the outside. We're building from within.

HAND Protocol is proven work
seeking a permanent home.

We've already supported projects across sectors, participated in funding rounds, tracked milestones publicly, and maintained long-term relationships with our Reciprocates. Now we're formalizing that work as a nonprofit foundation.
