Supporting HAND and being supported by HAND are the same gesture in two directions. There is no applicant lane here, just two sides of one fabric.

Impact-driven businesses
& entrepreneurs

A small business or solo founder building something with care: a wellness brand, a retreat space, a co-op, a community studio. You may or may not have an LLC yet. You may or may not have a website. We help with both, and what comes after.

What HAND can actually do

Three commitment levels.
You don't pick. We talk first.

These aren't tiers you select. They're an honest picture of what HAND can sustainably deliver, given current capacity. After you reach out, we'll talk through which level fits, given where you are and what you actually need.

01 Bare minimum ~6–8 weeks

One thing, done well. A site built honestly, or a brand identity that fits the work, or an LLC formation walkthrough with real hand-holding through the paperwork. We do it with you, not at you. You leave with a thing that works and a contact who picks up the phone.

  • A working website (one of: marketing site, single-page presence, or simple booking page)
  • Or a brand identity (logo, palette, type, basic guidelines)
  • Or LLC formation walked through end-to-end (Texas-specific or other state)
02 Full presence ~3 months

The trio, stitched together. Bare-minimum scope plus the other two pieces, sequenced so you can actually operate: site, brand, legal structure, email, the basic systems, the boring infrastructure. You finish this with a real foundation under your work.

  • Email, domain, and basic operational tooling set up
  • A written handoff so you can run it without us
03 Long arc 12 months of accompaniment

Full presence plus a year of staying. Content systems and social automation that runs in the background, ongoing brand and site iteration as your work shifts, and a person to call when something breaks or grows. This is what the pilot cohort gets. It's what the foundation raise funds.

An honest note about capacity

We're a small foundation filing as a 501(c)(3) this year. Capacity for new Reciprocates in the pilot cohort is roughly three to eight people. If we say not yet, it's a not-yet, not a no, and we'll tell you what would change that. You'll hear back either way.

What happens after you send this

A real reply, on a real timeline.

Most intake forms vanish into the void. This isn't that. Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. 01 Within 5 business days

    A real person reads it and writes back.

    Koh, the founder, reads every Reciprocate intake personally. The reply will ask follow-up questions, share thoughts on which commitment level might fit, or honestly say not yet, with reasons. It will not be an autoresponder.

  2. 02 Within ~2 weeks, if it's a fit

    A 30-minute call, no pitch deck.

    If the email back-and-forth feels like there's something to build on, we set up a half-hour call. It's a conversation, not a sales meeting. We talk through what you're doing, what would actually help, and what HAND's capacity looks like for the next several months.

  3. 03 Either way

    You hear back.

    Even if HAND isn't the right fit right now, you'll get a reply that says so, with context and, where possible, a pointer somewhere more useful: a peer organization, a different model, a different timing. Not yet is not the same as no. We'll tell you which it is.
